lazy.nvim for plugin management.

Plugins are loaded on demand to improve startup time:

## Performance Tips

1. **Check startup time**: `nvim --startuptime startup.log`
2. **Profile plugins**: `:Lazy profile`
3. **Disable unused providers**:
